The software provided here is for evaluation purposes only. Send an E-mail message if you desire to obtain a license for commercial use of this product.

OpEMCSS5 is free to independent researchers who wish to apply it in the investigation of Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS), intelligent, multi-agent systems, and other complex systems. All I ask of an independent researcher is that they provide feedback on the software and the book. The reasoning behind this is that commercial / government users are able and should pay to support this research and further development of OpEMCSS5 if they want to use it. However, if an independent researcher does not have the price, then I want them to use it anyway. Funding is nice to have but not required. My marketing strategy is a combination of open sourcing and proprietary software, depending on the intended application.

The producer of the OpEMCSS libraries has used their best efforts in preparing this software product.
